INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses Alias Razi and Alias Max of the crime of Rape with
Murder, committed as follows:
That on or about the 7th day of April, 2022, in the Municipality of Polomolok, and
within the jurisdiction of this honorable court, the said accused, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously raped the person named Angelo Cruz by inserting his
penis to the anus of the victim. Also, after raping the victim, the accused, with treachery
and evident premeditation did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously pointed
a knife and beat Angelo, inflicting upon him head injury which caused his death.
