Site justification

This site is already proposed for the construction of villas which

is approved by CMDA. This site is  strategically located for easy
access to the nerve centres Porur, Sriperumbudur, Perungulathur
and Tambaram. This makes the site accessible for the people
around the four places. The site area is approximately 17.76
acres which is perfectly adaptable for a 500 bedded multi
speciality hospital which needs a site area of 6.5 hectares. So
this entire site fits into my requirement and this site is taken for
my proposal.
