To Whom This May Concern:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that SPO3 Jennica Mae P. Renomeron the present IDM PNCO
of Calamba City Police Station, Calamba City, Laguna personally appeared in our office during
his follow up investigation in relation to the shooting incident that transpired on April 16, 2016
about 10 o’clock in the morning along Canlubang St. of Brgu. Mayapa, this City victimizing
Darius Malabanan who pronounce dead on the spot by Dr. Dianelle Mae Palaña of Jose Rizal
Memorial District Hospital, Calamba City, Laguna.

I further certify, that despite of our extensive effort to collect and gather information in
through “OPLAN SITA” in connection to the shooting incident that resulted to the instantaneous
death of Daruis Malabanan, still we failed to identify those responsible in the killing and we are
very much willing to support the on-going investigation of the PNP in order to help and solve the
case.
