#LETTERS4TRANSKIDS Journalist Ina Fried recentiy shared a message of hope to SD73 students who identify as being LGBTQ2S+ or allies. She has launched a twitter campaign that is called Hletters4transkids as an initiative that asks adult trans folks and allies to speak to kids who are struggling to envision their future amidst a torrent of anti-trans violence and legislation. Students and staff are encouraged to participate in this #lettersatranskids by writing a letter and submitting it to pride @sd73.bc.ca. Some of these letters will be used to make a SD73 book of letters to be placed in each library. One book will also be shared with Ina Fried.
