Dear Mr. Toyota:

Toyota Automobiles have been one of the top selling brands in the United States for many years. Many
different models are being imported and sold every day. As we, Americans, are one of your biggest
customers, I find it only fair that we shouldn’t be excluded to some of your vehicle models. I have
enclosed documentation of your sales in 2020 to support my cause.

Because Toyota sales in North America (2,408,072) is greater than the sales of even Japan (1,504,221) by
nearly 1,000,000, I believe that keeping specific models exclusive to Japan and Europe is hurting your
business and relationship with the American Market. I suggest you export the Toyota GR Yaris to North
America in 2023, so that the American people may enjoy the vehicle, and your sales will increase.
