IF YOU HAVE TWO+ ITAs

3. On the left of the page, select the “SIF TLC & BRF” tab.
4. On this page, select the assignment you are turning in. This will either be a Contract or TLC at the
beginning of the semester, or a BRF# throughout the semester. Do not upload content to the
wrong section. To download the Report document itself, click on the blue font. To submit you

assignment accordingly.
8. Follow steps 3-6 again, and continue this process for as many ITAs as you have.

HOURS ON FORMS (BRFs)

1. Write your name, your ITA’s full name, and their instructor’s name at the top. There is a field
for it that many of you tend to skip, which slows down tracking and delays payments.
2. Use as much detail as possible in filling out the “Date, Time and Location” section.
3. In the “Time Spent on BRF and other evaluations” section, do not list your total hours. The
next category, called “Total Hours,” is where you should do this.
a. Your total hours should be whatever you accumulate in the previous sections, and
whatever else you have to claim. Explain why there’s additional time if you have
more than 4.25 hours total on one BRF.
4. Please be detailed in your descriptions of your activities. It helps the instructors with their final
grades, and helps them help you if you’re having trouble with your ITA.
5. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE ITA, LIST YOUR HOURS SPENT WITH ONE ON ONE BRF,
AND THE HOURS SPENT WITH THE OTHER ON THE OTHER BRF.
a. By this we mean, if you spent 4 hours with one ITA (plus .25 filling out BRFs) and 4 hours
with the other (plus .25), do not put 8.5 hours on one BRF. Your time spent with one ITA
is completely unrelated to your time spent with the other. Do not make this mistake or
your pay could be delayed if we can’t reach you in time.
OTHER NOTES ON FORMS AND WORKDAY
1. If you’re going to be late for whatever reason, email us in advance or you will become a problem
child.
2. If you’re always going to be late based on the nature of your meeting schedule (you meet after 12
p.m. on Wednesdays), still input those hours on Workday and send in your BRF before midnight.
Hours after 12 p.m. on Wednesday do not carry over to next cycle, they are still in the current
cycle.
3. If you have multiple ITAs and will only always be late with one of them, turn the other ITA’s forms
in on time. Otherwise, you will become a problem child.
4. Make sure to submit your hours according to the calendar in Workday by midnight. If you don’t,
your pay may be delayed and we’ll have to do it for you, which is an unnecessary hassle on
everyone. Please be responsible.
