Furthermore, it has also an easy access to Batangas City for delivering and
receiving the products to the supplier, wholesalers, and retailers.

Tender Alco Lotion Manufacturing Company is a start-up company; it is a

skin care business and act as both manufacturer and distributor. TALM Company
offers an innovative and marketable product which is known as Tender Alco Lotion.
The well-being of the alco lotion product is of more concern presently than even
before.

Tender Alco Lotion Manufacturing Company’s target market is ranging from

15 to 50 years old, female and residing within Batangas City. The company chose
the Batangas City to promote and introduce the product because Batangas City is
classified as one of the cities with highest active cases of COVID 19, and also
considered as one of the fastest cities of the Philippines and it is also considered
as the fastest urbanizing city in the province of Batangas. According to Batangas
Government, Batangas City is composed of 105 barangays with a total population
of 471, 301. The company also concluded that since the proponents are residing
 within Batangas City of course they should focus first on their perspective city. In
addition, Batangas City nowadays, have a lot of new cases of COVID19. Alco-
Lotion is hand made and made up of organic ingredients and small amount of
chemical content which make it different from other alco-lotion brands which is
mostly composed of

purely chemical-based contents that cause harmful effects to the skin and the
body. The business adapted marketing mix strategy which is product, place,
promotion, and price.
