Wilmont’s Pharmacy Drone Delivery

Project Description DroneTech will design, construct and design a drone type that is able to
deliver medicines
Project Purpose The purpose of the Project is to build a drone that is able to deliver
medicines from Wilmont’s Pharmacy in 4 specifed areas. After the testing
in that 4 branches, it’s going to be reviewed if Wilmont’s wants to use the
Project further.
Scope/boundaries DroneTech will pilot the drones and develop a special application for
Wilmont’s and its customers. Drone deliveries will only be able for houses
not apartments and should include a temperature conservation system,
that could enable the delivery of temparature sensitive products.
Requirements First customer delivery flight should take place no later than November 30
to avoid harsh weather in San Fransisco Area.
Deliverables/Objective Mobile App Should be approved by Wilmont’s
Contract and Payment Plan A plan is to be developed for contract
negotiations

Schedule Project will begin on next January 5

The first customer delivery flight should take place no later than November
30

Assumptions and Project will cost less than 750,000$
