The student, Waylon Dean DOB May 7, 2012, attends James John Elementary.

On April 2, 2022 we sent a letter asking for a comprehensive educational evaluation for

this student's support needs in the classroom. This letter is to tell you the dates I am

available for the IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meeting with Waylon’s team. I can

June 5th,6th,7th and 9th
