1. Why poverty exist in your place?


Poverty existed in my place because of some reasons such as: low wages demand for skills or
labor, bended governance, high cost of goods and products, and also because of systematic
discrimination.
2. What happened in your place of residency if there is massive tax fraud?
If ever there is a massive tax fraud in my place nor my community this would create negative
impacts on the economy and the welfare of society. One of the impacts on the economy is the
fall in community and government revenue which can lead to higher tax rates, negatively
affecting firms and households.
3. Why financial system must be established in a country?
Financial system must be stablished in a country as it plays a critical role in the economy. It
enables the financial intermediation process which facilitates the flow of funds between savers
and borrowers, thus ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently towards
promoting economic growth and development.
