An effective telecommunication infrastructure is one of the essential drivers that

enables a country to achieve successful social and economic development. Wireless
telecommunication is especially important because it reduces the time and expense of
installing copper or fiber networks in large rural areas. Therefore, an orderly
management of the national use of the radio spectrum resource is crucial to obtain the
maximum benefits. Administrations and/or regulators achieve this by establishing
National spectrum management which enables them to create a technical and
regulatory envelope within command successfully and safely.

With so many different types of applications requiring huge spectrum assignments,

the spectrum Management at national level must be changed from traditional ways.

Your course assignment is to evaluate the status of Spectrum Management and

Technology Application in your country and provide practical action plan of that.
