ABOUT THE BORED

APE FOOTBALL CLUB
• The Bored Ape Football Club is the first football focused
community DAO and one of the first sports projects entering
the Metaverse.
• We will release a limited supply of 10,000 unique profile
picture NFTs that double as blue-chip access to our
community DAO.
• Profile picture NFTs are easily identifiable with a well known
community. Twitter is also moving towards allowing NFT
profile pictures to be hexagon shaped - very similar to the
blue tick.

THE DAO
• We’re building a DAO worth $3 million… at starting value. We
will be working hard to increase the value of the DAO over
time to benefit the members.
• The DAO is an open platform for holders to have an equal
say in the direction the project goes in. This means members
can provide ideas and vote on what ideas the project takes
forward.
• The $BAFC token has been created to fund the DAO. Voting
rights for the DAO are exclusive to NFT and $BAFC token
holders, but the benefits will be seen across the footballing
community.
• NFT holders get 2 votes for each NFT. Token holders get 1 vote
for each token they hold. The top NFT holders each month
will be able to input an idea for the DAO to vote on.

• We have some ideas on how to reward our community and

grow but ultimately these decisions will be made by the
members, for the community.
• One thing is for sure, we are bringing a whole new way for
fans to engage with Football!

long brought joy to the people of the world. We think it is
time to bring it into the Metaverse, into NFTs and into Web
3.0.

footballers that we have invested our enthusiasm in. We will
bring you closer to each other. We will bring our team to be a

METAVERSE
PARTNERSHIP
• That is why we are going to partner up with a Metaverse
project to explore our community Metaverse area.
• Lots of projects are promising to build their own Metaverse
but we know that the costs involved in this are astronomical!
• We want to deliver on our promises, and so we are
confirming we will not be building our own, but we will be
joining a major player in the Metaverse.
• By partnering with a Metaverse we could allow our
community to show off their NFTS in the digital
world.
• We are aiming to deliver an exclusive arena that only
our community can interact with. A place where the
BAFC community can hang out, plan events, and
much more!
CHARITABLE
DONATIONS
• Whilst we are delivering new experiences to fans we want to
support the game on and off the field. That’s why we will be
giving a portion of our earnings to support grassroots
football.
• We will be donating directly to The Football Foundation, who
are the UK’s largest sports charity funded by the Premier
League, The FA, Sport England and the Government.
• Since its launch in July 2000, The Foundation has delivered
thousands of facility and community projects, as well as free
kit and safe goalposts.

CHARITABLE
NFT DROP
• Alongside donating profits to support grassroots football we
will also be releasing 5 unique one-off NFTs.
• These NFTs will be auctioned off, and ALL SALE proceeds will
go to their respective charity. Details of these will be released
in the near future.
THE COMMUNITY
• We’re bringing together the XRP, football and NFT
community to build something special.
Why XRP?

• It’s fast, scalable, environmentally friendly, and super cheap

to use.
• Other NFT projects built on the Ethereum blockchain can
cost 100’s of $$$ to move, sell, and use your NFTs. In XRP the
same actions would cost fractions of a penny.
TOKENOMICS - BAFC
• The BAFC token will be used to both acquire PFP NFTs but
also fund our Metaverse-based DAO. Keeping the NFT
holders and DAO members exclusive, but making our
project, and future movements, accessible to anyone.
• Tokens spent on events/ merchandise or anything DAO
related will be burned to implement a deflationary model.
Increasing the value of your tokens over time.
• Token holders will have the option to swap their token for a
PFP NFT when they are minted. Once they sell out the
tokens will be used to vote in our DAO.
• 9500 of these tokens will be available to purchase before
NFTs are minted.
