Simple and important rules to remember
and follow during virtual classes
BE ON TIME
Set up early so that you're good
and ready when class starts.

Ensure your device is on and fully charged


Ensure you select the correct link for the class

Let's make the most out of our learning sessions. Get to your
study space a few minutes before class .
BE PREPARED
FOR CLASS
Have everything you need within reach.

Organize your study area with all the


necessary material you will need for class.

This saves time when class is going on and you need something for
working through a lesson.
WEAR APPROPRIATE
CLOTHES
Make sure you look presentable for class.
Be prepared, should your teacher ask you to
turn on your camera while answering or
explaining.

Have a morning routine:-


Wake up early
Brush teeth and shower
Dress accordingly and appropriately
Have a healthy breakfast
Get to your study area
BE RESPECTFUL
Respect your teacher and classmates.

Sit in a respectful manner


Greet your teacher and classmates with kind
greetings

Listen attentively to your teacher and follow


instructions. Raise your hand when you want to
speak and wait to be called before speaking. Listen
quietly when someone else is speaking.

Reduce background noise and distractions.


Microphones can pick up background sounds that may not bother you but may
bother your classmates and teacher. If you want to say something in class, raise
your hand and wait for the teacher to acknowledge you before unmuting.

matters only

Use this feature for class related topics. Remember

Pay attention and participate actively.
Don't play games on your phone, check your social media or watch
videos. Focus on your lessons, take notes and participate in class.

that may be distracting to your teacher and classmates.
