Through this, the activity is set to achieve the following objectives: a. Strengthen the deployment of the multiple learning delivery modalities through the Television assisted instruction aligned to the K-12 curriculum b. Capacitate the Teachers, Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District on the Television assisted instruction. c. Protect the health, safety and the well-being of the learners and personnel and prevent the further transmission of COVID-19. 3. A composition of the School Video Production Team and Special Committees had been identified on all Districts, tasked to develop a one (1) hour video recorded learning materials /demonstration lesson for all learning areas, 4.To ensure quality and consistency of the developed video lesson learning materials prior to the airing schedule/TV broadcast, a Virtual Orientation and Capacity Building on TV Assisted Instruction shall be done thru Google Meet, on’ March 03,201 4 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. (https:/ /meet. google.com /wep-pzi wxe). 5. Expected to attend are the Division Learning Resource Design and Development Team/Division Quality Assurance Team (Regional Memo. Attendance to this activity until the final process of video production and TV Broadcast, shall be given at least five (5) Service Credit (COC), as each team is expected to render service/work beyond regular functions. (DepEd Order No. 53 s. 2003) 7. Likewise, on the preparation phase, the School Production Team may utilize existing learning resources in their respective schools and LR Centers. However, such additional instructional materials may be needed to make the video lesson interactive and engaging, expenses incurred relative to these, may be charged to the School MOOE, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8. All raters (Master Teachers, Department Heads, Schools Heads) of teacher- participants are hereby advised to act as observer-raters using the Classroom Observation Tool (COT), as each airing schedule is considered an actual demonstration teaching. 9. Furthermore, final produced learning materials as output of this activity may be submitted for future evaluation and validation to the Promotion and Selection Committee /Personnel Selection Board (PSB), as reference for points under Letter 4.
