Overall, it is clear that the number of cars per 1000 people in country 5 was the biggest,
while the opposite was true for that in country 1.
In 2005, there was approximately 700 cars for each 1000 citizens in the European
countries. After 4 years, the figures slightly dropped at below 700 cars and then
rocketed to just under 800 cars in 2015. In country 1, the year 2009 experienced the
highest number of cars owned by each citizen, at exactly 400 cars for each thousand
people, while that of the years 2005 and 2015 were the same, at approximately 300
cars.
In addition, while the number of cars of per 100 people in country 4 remained stable in
all 3 mentioned years, the figures of country 2 and 5 showed a slight fluctuation.
Country 3 illustrates a downward trend, from about 700 to below 600 cars in 2005 and
2015 respectively.
