How do I join the webinar?

Please follow the link provided in the confirmation email sent to you upon registration. This email may
have been caught by your junk/spam filter. You can use the title of the webinar to search your email. If
you are unable to find your access link, please contact Applied Technology Council (ATC).

How do I get my Professional Development Hours (PDH) Certificate?

Certificates will be distributed to attendees via email within four weeks following the webinar. Important
notes on the PDH policy:

• Only those who registered for and attended the live event will be eligible to receive a PDH
certificate.

• Participants using the audio dial-in option must also join the Zoom event on a computer or other
smart device. Those who only join via audio will not receive a PDH certificate.

• Individuals who only watch a recording of the training will not receive a PDH certificate.

Due to the large number of participants, we are unable to make exceptions to the PDH policy.

Where can I download the handouts?

A link to the handouts can be downloaded from the link provided in the chat during the webinar. The link
to the handouts are also sent in confirmation and reminder emails leading up to the event.

Where can I see the Questions and Answers posed during the webinar?
Attendees may pose questions at any time during the webinar using the Q&A feature. Answers to all
relevant questions submitted will be distributed via email within four weeks following the webinar.

Why is the video/audio quality so poor?

Frozen or poor video/audio is usually a function of slow internet speed on the part of the viewer. We
recommend closing other programs utilizing internet or waiting for the recording of the webinar to be
distributed.

What are some best practices for attending the webinar?

We recommend logging in a few minutes early to test your audio and download materials from the link
provided in the chat. We encourage you to use the Q&A feature to pose questions throughout the
webinar.

Who can I contact for additional questions/concerns?
