ALLAN LATRAS For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 13 January 2021 of the Court (Special Third Division) in A.C. No. 7169, titled “Spouses Rey and Marcelina Zialcita vs. Atty. Allan Latras,” to wit: ACCORDINGLY, the Court, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC). further resolves to LIFT the order of suspension meted against Atty. Allan Latras, and ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law. His disqualification. from being commissioned as a notary public shall continue until June 28, 2021. Upon full service of the said disqualification, he shall file a similar motion to lift and submit the necessary certifications from the same courts and IBP Chapter, all of which affirming that he has not been commissioned as notary public from June 28, 2019 to June 28, 2021.
