ICT and Device Contract for 901 English and HASS Class, With Clay

Before signing, please read through Aberfoyle Park High School’s

linked ICT device, mobile phone, and personal device policy. Available
under today’s Day Map lesson post and on Mr Mackenzie’s desk in
GD01.

I, ___________, acknowledge and confirm that I have read and

understood the provided policy regarding the appropriate use of ICT
devices, mobile phones, and personal devices brought into Aberfoyle
Park High School.

To reiterate, the policy outlines that all students are strictly

prohibited from:

- Using ICT devices, mobile phones, or personal devices for purposes

other than specified by a teacher or a school staff member.
- Access illegal or inappropriate websites or programs.
- Using school-provided internet or Wi-Fi for non-school-related
downloads or gaming.
- Using ICT devices, mobile phones, or personal devices to
cyberbully or instigate physical, emotional, or mental harm to peers,
school staff persons, or members of the public.

Consequences for breaking this contract and associated policy

included, but are not limited to,

- After three warnings, the removal of the ICT device, mobile phone,
or personal device for the rest of the school day. The device will be kept
in the front office to be collected at 3:15 pm.
- Communication to Year Level Leaders, Parents / Care Givers or, in
extreme cases, local authorities.
- Student to be sent to detention or the time-out zone.
