Lord Patalketu of the planet Patala is warned that the planet's core will disintegrate in days, destroying the planet. As he gazes upon the red valleys below where the planet's residents live quietly unaware of the impending doom, he declares that they must evacuate the planet to save his people.

250 million years from now, The Planet of Patala...
A pale yellow moon hung from the steel grey sky
as a paper lamp pasted on the vastness of the night. Light of the stars had dimmed as the night progressed into her final hours. Patala had three blazing suns during the day; but just a single lonely moon to tow away the night. The Patala star system was the last known point of the Milky Way, beyond it laid the starry ocean of Garbhodka. Lord Patalketu gazed upon the vast red valleys of Alkapuri through the window of his stone palace. The darkness of the night had turned them blood red.
“Are you absolutely sure, my Lord?”
“I am absolutely certain! The core of the planet will
disintegrate in a matter of days.”
“But King Bali...
“King Bali has made a pact with the Devas... He cares
for Patala no more!”
As he spoke his body stiffened but his gaze was
still upon the valleys. Tiny little shelters lined up the valleys like mushrooms. Soft yellow light gleamed through the round windows of the cylindrical homes. These homes were made of a cheap quality metal called gallium that glistened in the moonlight. This was a planet of extremes. Three glaring suns scorched the day, while the nights were icy cold and dark. The residents were having their quiet sleep after a hard day at work; unaware of the fact that this quiet life of theirs was soon to vanish.
“I can’t sit back and watch my people die... We have to
evacuate!!”

The Desert Death Race
The Desert of Maru, Mihirgarh Empire...
As the sun scorched the sands, rathas of
various hues and designs lined up the canyons of Aravalli. Riders in their traditional gear gathered here from all corners of the empire. The trinity of racers from the city of Manasa, the people’s champion of Makara, a farmer from Brahmdesha with his make-shift ratha, a wealthy trader from Ming and the prince of Mihirgarh; were quiet a motley bunch contesting this race. All of them were present there except for the prince. Perhaps he lay in some drunken stupor somewhere, thought the crowd.
Suddenly with the thundering sound of
roaring engines the ratha of the prince appeared on the horizon. The black gunmetal vehicle of the prince blazed in the sun as it whizzed past the pit crews of other racers. Toppling some of them in the process, it snaked it's path to the pole positions. Lowering his orange round sunglasses, he gave his opponents a cursory look. As the countdown timer honked, he gulped his scotch.
The City of Immortals
The City of Amrawati, Deva Kingdom... Embedded between the mountains of Himavat, lies the city of the Immortals. Perched on a huge mountain peak, it's tip blowed off by Lord Agni to house this stupendous city of the Devas.
Lord Surya had founded the city when the Devas
finally decided to settle on earth. They had come from the planet of Swarga a millennia ago; during the beginning of the eighth Manvantar, to watch over the mortals. They had arrived here in their gargantuan spaceship, which also served as their abode in the starting years of their manifest. This ship called Meru remained in earth's orbit for many years, hidden from the prying eyes of the manavas. As time eloped their population increased exponentially, cramming for space in their own ship. Finally Lord Agni was given the task to prepare an arcane landscape upon which Lord Vishwakarma would build an awe inspiring sight of a city.
