Laser welding principle

Laser welding, also called laser beam welding (LBW), is a non-contact material fusion process,
that uses a high-energy-density laser beam as a heat source to irradiate the material joints, so that the
separated materials that absorbing the laser energy will quickly melt or even vaporize, and becoming
a molten pool. It solidifies together during the cooling process to achieve a perfect connection of
deep and narrow welds between metal materials of different thicknesses.

Laser welding machine, the new generation of laser beam welding equipment with non-contact
welding. The main components are fiber lasers, industrial chillers, welding heads, and intelligent
control systems. It can also be equipped with automatic wire feeding device to achieve additive
welding. The heat-affected area is small during welding, the workpiece without deformation or
blackening, with large welding depth and firm welding. It can easily complete welding processes
such as spot welding, butt welding, stack welding, sealing welding, seam welding, etc., with simple

●The whole machine has a two-year warranty (except for laser source, protective lenses and other
wearing parts),lifetime maintenance.
●The warranty period is calculated from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, all
failures that meet the warranty conditions will be repaired by our company for free.
●Service after the end of the warranty period: Our company provides services after the end of the
warranty period. The charges for subsequent services during the warranty period are composed of
personnel costs plus parts costs.
● Our company will conduct regular visits or telephone interviews to understand the customer's
equipment usage.

Debugging/Training

Tang De will provided the installation videos to the customer.

After the machine arrives at the factory, Tang De staff will conduct video connection to guide the
customer to install the machine.
If the staff needs to arrive at the customer's site, the customer must bear the training fee of $ 100 /
day, as well as the cost of air tickets, visa fees, room and board. The training period is 3 days.
