As an excellent leader,

As a leader, it is essential to show strategic intelligence. This is critical if a leader hopes

to succeed despite the difficult challenge they are now facing. Even though he gave press
conferences in a confused style, George H.W. Bush was a genius when compared to
Ronald Reagan and Harry S. Truman (Newsom, 2010). In order for leaders to be
successful, they must possess a certain level of strategic expertise.

In order to be a successful leader, one needs not only possess but also display a high level
of emotional intelligence. When things in the company or with the leadership aren't going
well, leaders are prone to engaging in actions that are emotionally mismanaged (Ohansen,
2010). As a result of their predisposition to act on the spur of the moment, individuals
have a tendency to engage in dangerous and impulsive activity.

In the end, but definitely not the least, persons in leadership positions are required to
demonstrate their leadership abilities in the context of their unique areas of
accountability. An individual's leadership abilities determine how much authority he or
she can wield. Former President George W. Bush's political acumen helped to define his
administration (Liu, 2010). There's no doubt in my mind that he was an expert in the art
of inspiring people to action. Platitudes alone will not cut it when it comes to being a
good leader. It must be profoundly ingrained in the character of the individual on a basic
level.

The ability of a leader to effectively communicate is the final thing that has to be
improved. Having a thorough understanding of the subject matter is critical to his
success. It takes a great amount of work and a high degree of commitment and self-
control for leaders to become masters of the art of good communication (Newsom, 2010).
President Bush was not a natural public speaker at first, but he developed with time and
became an excellent debater throughout all of his presidential campaigns, making him
one of the best debaters in American history (Ohansen, 2010). Let's take a moment to
reflect on what Barack Obama has accomplished while serving as President of the United
States of America before moving on to his childhood. On the island of Honolulu, Hawaii
Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Sr. became parents to a kid who would one day become
the 45th and current president of our country! Barack Obama Jr. was the name given to
the kid. When his father relocated to Kenya, he was forced to see his parents split as a
young boy. The following year, he was killed in a vehicle accident. In those days, he was
only two years old (History.com Editors). Her marriage to Lolo Soetoro, a United States
diplomat, prompted her and Obama's father to move to Jakarta, Indonesia, where she was
employed by the American Consulate. After the divorce had been completed, Obama was
born. Maya Soetoro was born in 1970, and Barack Obama returned to Hawaii to be with
his family after the birth. There he stayed with his mother's former caregivers, the man
and woman who reared her. Despite his mixed-race ancestry and his family's traumatic
past, Barack Obama was given the opportunity to attend Punahou private school as a
minority student (History.com Editors). Barack Obama attended Occidental College for
two years after high school before moving to Columbia University for his last year of
studies. Barack Obama went to Harvard Law School after completing his undergraduate
studies in political science. He made history as the first black editor of the Harvard Law
Review when he was there. Obama was elected president of the United States on January
20, 2017.

After his mother filed for divorce from her second husband, the family was in a
financially precarious condition. First-married Michelle Obama has two children with
Barack, Obama's father. However, Obama put all of his effort into learning new things,
extending his intellectual horizons, which eventually led to his being given a writing
position at a famous Manhattan-based firm. Barack Obama began his work as a
community organizer in Chicago a few years later with the Developing Communities
Project. The major goal of this group was to help the city's poorest residents.
Additionally, he helped people in low-income communities with their housing troubles
and other concerns (History.com Editors). As a result of his law degree, Obama was
eligible for employment at a law firm, where he met Michelle LaVaughn Robinson,
whom he would later marry. Presidential elections were held in the United States on
November 4, 2008. After a few years of marriage, Barack Obama campaigned for, and
was elected to, a position in the Illinois State Senate, where he represented the
Democratic Party and was crucial in the enactment of a number of key pieces of
legislation and regulatory measures..

During his time as a state senator, Barack Hussein Obama worked to bring many of the
ideals that would go on to guide his presidential campaign to fruition before ever
considering running for president. His efforts to improve the lives of low-income families
were widely praised by the people. As a welfare reformer, he implemented a number of
initiatives like these. Because of the high respect in which his work was regarded, he was
elected to the United States Senate in 2004 after winning the first campaign in this
country's history between two black candidates (Wallenfeldt). His belief that all
Americans are connected, despite their differing backgrounds and neighborhoods, was
often expressed by Obama, who was known for his outspokenness. His book, which had
a terrible review when it was initially released, went on to become a best-seller after a
short time in the Senate. Next his announcement in 2007 that he intended to run for
president in the following election, it took little time for his political party to nominate
him.
