1. Why strength training and weight training are important in our daily life?

Strength and weight training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday
activities. There are also a lot of benefits that you can get from these two trainings, such as makes you
stronger, lowers your risk of injury, improves your heart health, and so on.

2. What is the main concept of the two trainings?

To give you a good yet healthy lifestyle. By doing these two trainings, you can gain benefits that is surely
good for your health and body. The results of these two will give you unexpected experience because
the changes is possible of being the best and better version of you.

3. How many sets of each workout should you do? Explain your routine in doing it.

I have three sets of ten reps. My routine is three times a week. I have downloaded exercise on my phone
that I've been using for several months until now. I consider it as strength training. Monday,
Wednesday, Friday, are my routine for exercise. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, is rest.
