CONTEXT

Hi there! Assume you’re the delivery project manager working with Ori service delivery team with a
mission to “ensure timely delivery of customer projects.”

You are tasked to oversee the bot development projects for inbound lead-generation use-cases (bots
that will ask relevant questions to acquire and qualify a lead).

PROBLEM-STATEMENT-1

Assume you’re in a situation where one of your deployments isn’t progressing as per the timeline.
The reason for the delay involves both the internal development team and the customer team. In
this case, the customer team has taken some additional time in providing approval for a verification
request and eventually delaying the progress made by the internal development team. There is a
bi-weekly review session scheduled where a senior stakeholder will also be participating.

As a project manager, you need to coordinate with the participants in the scheduled session and
involve relevant team members in the session to get the engagement back on track. As per the
agenda, you’re also supposed to share an update email before the session that will be discussed
during the session.

1. How will you plan for the review session? Based on your approach, please write two emails.
a. Customer team (Sachin: Business analyst, Saurav: Program manager, Murli: CTO) to
give them a good idea of the project status
b. Internal team to involve relevant stakeholders in the review session

2. How will you structure the agenda for the review session? Please write the following

Please explore, understand, and analyze the available data to find, highlight to build insights related
to:

● lead Growth Rate

● dominating patterns in Lead Characteristics (example: Source of Acquisition, Employee
Size, etc.)
● The pattern in the blog traffic rate and anomalies if any
● Any emerging trends/patterns that you see in terms of blog traffic/conversion (people
who sign-up after visiting the blog)

PROBLEM-STATEMENT-3

Present your best project plan (which you have worked till now). Mention resource planning,
timelines, estimates, Gant chart, critical path, etc. The solution should have one slide of the
approach/tool and one slide of the plan. Give a glimpse of all the components of your project plans.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

● Please mention all the assumptions you make, and the data sources used.
● Submission in presentation form (max 2 slides for a question, including subparts) except for
problem statement 3 which may go up to 3 slides.
● Submission in doc/pdf form which gives a detailed email in the summary of the above
statement
● We expect you to submit it within 4 days after receiving it, you shouldn’t ignore the
following chart if you take more time.
