APPROVAL TO UPGRADE FROM DYNATRACE APPMON TO DYNATRACE MANAGED

1.0 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO UPGRADE FROM DYNATRACE APPMON TO DYNATRACE

MANAGED

To seek Managing Director/CEO approval to purchase Dynatrace Managed License & services to refresh
the Dynatrace Monitoring System, which will incur an estimated drawdown on Capital Expenditure
(CAPEX) at RM 163,083.17 and subsequent renewal onward at RM163,714.64 (Dec 2021 and subsequent
year).

2.0 PURPOSE

The purpose of this paper is to purchase Dynatrace Managed License & services to refresh the Dynatrace
Monitoring System which to refresh the current Dynatrace Appmon which will be EOS on 31/03/2021.

3.0 BACKGROUND

Dynatrace Appmon is use to monitor the Diamond Agency System which is categorized as Critical System.This
refresh exercise is to refresh the current Dynatrace Appmon which is going to EOS on 31/03/2021.

4.0 JUSTIFICATION & BENEFITS

Dynatrace Appmon is use to monitor the Diamond Agency System which is categorized as Critical System. The
objective of this refresh exercise is to refresh the current Dynatrace Appmon which is going to EOS on
31/03/2021.

This refresh exercise not only benefit to the compliances of BNM guideline. In addition, there is no server
hardware to purchase as we will leverage group site Dynatrace Server, which we can saving cost as well as
follow the group direct and standardization and centralization.
