1. Role Title System Application Programmer and Support
Job Description (JD)
a) Primary liaison with vendors to report and coordinate
fixes on systems issue and problems for Cash Management System / EIPP / FPX / GT / TB-CFS b) Provide technical support for Production problem resolution during business operation and EOD batch processing c) Logging issues to vendor’s website and provide details such as logs, data, etc. as required by vendors d) To attend, track and manage technical/BAU related issue logs from reporting to resolution/closure e) Coordination of service, change and problem requests with all relevant IT sections in GIOD f) Conduct system integration testing (SIT) on vendor deliverables g) Deploy patches sent by vendors in preparation of UAT environment and provide support during UAT h) Coordination and communication of business functional requirements between business operations and vendor Candidate 2. Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable) Specifications
a) Good knowledge of banking system related function /
matters (good knowledge in Cash Management domain is an advantage) b) Sound knowledge of system development life cycle c) Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (in English, Bahasa) d) Knowledge in Programming, system analyzing and support e) Must be a good team player with excellent attitude f) Willing to work long hours and able to work independently without much supervision g) Knowledge in below will be an added advantage UNIX – Sun Solaris and RHEL Shell scripting Middleware – WebLogic and JBoss Windows – CRM and Sharepoint Oracle – SQL Apache – Oracle iPlanet/WebTier and RHEL
