CASE 1: When Contract is Finished

0 – 5 years (Contract is finished): ½ month Salary for every year of service +


payment for any leave days that have accrued and have not been used.

5- 10 years (Contract is finished): ½ Month Salary for every year of first 5 years of
service then 1 month salary for the following years of service + payment for any leave
days that have accrued and have not been used.

10 years – above (Contract is finished): ½ Month Salary for every year of first 5
years of service then 1 month salary for the following years of service + payment for any
leave days that have accrued and have not been used.

CASE 2: Due to Resignation of Employees

Did not complete 2 years: Not entitled to end-of-service-benefits.

Before completing 5 years: 1/3 of the end-of-service benefits

Before completing 10 years: 2/3 of the end-of-service benefit

Completed 10 years: Full end-of-service benefits.
