SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents:

I, ORLANDO ORDOVEZA CASTRO, JR., Filipino, married, of legal age, and

a resident of Purok Nonocan, Brgy. Dapnan, Baganga, Davao Oriental,
Philippines, being among the heirs of the late HERMINIA REYES ORDOVEZA,
do hereby name, constitute and appoint PAT TRISHA JANE R. CUNANAN,
Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Davao City, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do the following:

- To represent me for and in my behalf in my claims to the properties which I

inherited from my ascendants, including the late HERMINIA REYES
ORDOVEZA;

- To apply for the titling of the said properties for and in my behalf before the
Register of Deeds, the Department of Agrarian Reform, the Provincial and
Municipal Assessor’s Office of Davao Oriental and Baganga, respectively,
and secure documents pertaining to the properties which I inherited from my
ascendants, including the late HERMINIA REYES ORDOVEZA;

- To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s)and
paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s)from
the concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and
all acts in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds;

- Enter into our lands and cause the survey, relocation and installation of
concrete monuments, when necessary, including the power to hire a geodetic
engineer for the purpose;

- To secure the services of a lawyer to protect my property rights pertaining to

the said lands;

- To execute, sign, deliver and receive any and all documents necessary for the
purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney full power and

authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.
