help of several individuals who in one way or another contributed and extended their

First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my research

adviser, Sir Alain S. Acuňa, who has given exemplary support in doing my thesis as I rely

mostly with his unending patience and understanding. He has become a prominent figure

whom I partake knowledge and brilliant ideas which made my inspiration to become

enthusiastic in accomplishing my works.

To Dr. Deborah Natalia E. Singson, for standing beside us, as one of our

panelists for a year, but with her expertise, extensively gave her time and wisdom during

consultation hours and in helping my study to be accurate and valid. Though how

technical are her contributions to my work, it serves as a fundamental backbone to my paper.

Her encouragement & passion as a researcher also stimulate our batch on becoming better and

reigniting our passion to look deeper into different aspects of our profession.

wonders of using proper statistical tool and in turn, made me realize that should a case can be

presented to be a more credible & evidence-based manner, research tools might be somewhat

taxing & menial, but rewards the diligent as well as the disciplined researcher.

through painstakingly & meticulously stratify as well as help in gathering the data I

needed.

I also want to give thanks and offer this paper as a tribute to the indigenous people not

only specific to the group in this paper but in every aboriginal group in the Philippines.

They deserve more attention & appreciation as well as understanding. We should, as

one of the goal of this paper, preserve & nurture their culture and as they integrate into

contemporary society, we have the moral obligation to teach our youth the respect and

value they deserve.

To our friends, classmates and family, who in a one way or another were of

assistance as they also became my inspiration to become successful in my every

endeavor; to surpass each of the hurdles I encountered during the making of my

study but despite of it all, they gave me courage and resilience to tackle those fears

and challenges.
