This letter confirms the outcome of the annual Total Compensation review and also On the Double Award announced in December
2013. The details of your Total Compensation are summarised in the next page.

I would like to thank you for all of your hard work and contribution. Without your loyal support and commitment, we could never make
this happen. To this end, I am pleased to confirm that On the Double Award equivalent to 2 months of your basic salary (pro-rated for
2014-2016 new hires) will be awarded to you in addition to your 2017 Annual Incentive Bonus summarised in the next page. The total
incentive payment will be paid to you through the March 2018 payroll.

Once again, I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude for all of your hard work and contribution towards the On the
Double and the overall 2017 business achievement for PLA. I look forward to working with you during the coming years.

Grades. Unpaid leave for any of time is excluded for purposes of calculating AIB payout.
