Job Profile: 

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them Real
Estate deals. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and
choice of property. 
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment
received. Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to
facilitate property deals. Provide periodic reports to company management on sales
operations and generated returns using CRM Systems. 
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them
and secure a brokering deal. 
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge
and expand personal networks. 

Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules &
regulations in the real estate market. 

Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other
customers of the company. 
Maintain cordial relationships with Builder partners. 

Important Details: 

1) Domestic induction program will be conducted in the city for 7 days to 45 days (Mumbai /
Bangalore / Pune / Noida) where candidates will be required to report to the branch office of Property
Pistol Realty Pvt. Ltd.

2) During the domestic induction program, the applicable salary shall be as mentioned in Annexure “B”
(Domestic Salary). 

3) Upon successful completion of the program, candidates shall be transferred to GCC

locations subject to successful Visa application. In GCC locations the salary shall be as per
Annexure “A’ applicable. 

4) During his/her domestic induction program Company shall bear his/her shared accommodation /
Food expenses on actual subject to a limit of Rs.1000/ day. 

5) His/her compensation in terms of "Cost to the company (CTC)" and detailed breakup will be
as per attached annexure. 

6) Visa and Ticket Expenditure would be from Company’s end. 

7) At international locations hotel Stay would be provided from the company’s end till the
accommodation is finalized. Accommodation finding assistance would be provided.
