Intra Company STO without Delivery Intra Company STO with Delivery

1. Intra Company STO without Delivery: We use this

STO when we want to track Stock Transfer
Process beeween plants through Purchase Order.
In this scenario, there will be no integration with
SD module and the complete process will end
within MM.
Only Two step (351 and 101) process is allowed
for Intra Company STO without Delivery.
Configuration Steps:
 Define Document Type ZUB
 Assign Pricing Procedure to Document Type
ZUB and the schema group purchase
organisation
 OBYC settings for BSX and AUM
Process Steps:
 Create Material at both Supplying and
Receiving Plant
 Creation of STO at receiving Plant
  Creation of Goods Issue against PO at
Supplying Plant

 Receiving of Goods at Receiving Plant

NO ACCOUNTING ENTRIES

2. Intra Company STO with Delivery: This process is

used when business wants to handle STO process
with Delivery. It will be used when both the plants
of the company code are located very far from
each other and also wants to handle through
Delivery process
Intra Company STO with Delivery has two types.
One in with One Step (647 Movement Type) and
other one is Two Step (641 and 101)

Configuration Steps:
 Define Document Type UB
  Assign Pricing Procedure to Document Type
UB and the schema group purchase
organisation
 Setup Stock Transport Order (Pre requisite :
Create Customer Master and assign sales area
and customer number)
 Define Shipping Data for Plants
 Define Checking Rule
 Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule
 Assign Document Type, One Step
Procedure, Under delivery Tolerance
 Assign Shipping points under LE-Shipping
 OBYC settings for BSX and AUM
Process Steps:
 Create Material at both Supplying and

 Creation of STO at receiving Plant
 Create Outbound Delivery through VL10B
 Goods Issue through VL02N
  Receiving of Goods at Receiving Plant
