SWORN JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF DOCTOR KRIS AQUINO

I, AEDEN RA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Apartment 23,
Sampaguita Rode, Guiwan, Zamboanga City, Philippines, state under oath as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

That this Sworn Judicial Affidavit is being conducted and supervised by Earl D.F.
Larroder, Counsel for Respondent, and the examination is being conducted at Door
301, 3rd Floor, KCC Mall de Zamboanga, Gov. Camins Avenue, Zamboanga City on
October 30, 2017, in English language, which the witness is conversant with, fully
conscious that he does so under oath, and that he may face criminal liability for false
testimony or perjury.

PURPOSE
 This affidavit/ testimony of AEDEN RA is being offered to prove the pre-existing
hostility of Senora Santibanez Ford towards respondent and to verify the gag involving
gay pornographic materials during respondent’s bachelor party.

1. Q: Please state your name and personal circumstances for the record.

A: I am Aeden Ford, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Apartment 23,
Sampaguita Rode, Guiwan, Zamboanga City, Philippines.

2. Q: How do you know respondent?

A: Respondent is my best friend since childhood. We have known each other for
more than a decade. We were also schoolmates in college.

2. Q: Do you also personally know the petitioner?

A: Yes. We were actually classmates in some of our minor subjects in De La Salle

Taft and I was usually their “chaperon” in some of their dates when they were still
college sweethearts. Janina is also my good friend.

3. Q: In the time that you have spent with them, how will you describe the relationship
of the parties before and after the marriage?

A: It was generally harmonious, they had some quarrels that couples generally have
but nothing out of the ordinary. But they were really in love and I was shocked as to
the allegations of Janina but not as to her sister.

4. Q: In the time that you have spent with respondent, can you describe his sexual
identity?
 A: If by sexual identity, if he is straight or gay, he is definitely straight. I never
doubted his sexual identity and I can vouch that all the people who knows him very
well will tell you the same thing. Actually attorney, I can’t help but laugh at the
allegation of his homosexuality. Look, he was part of the college soccer team, he
was madly in love with petitioner and he never had a girlfriend except for her.

5. Q: Were there instances that you heard rumors, if any, of alleged homosexuality
imputed to respondent?

A: None. If there was, the nearest was the usual joking of “bakla!” when he couldn’t
face his fears when we dare him. But we all know that it was just a joke and
without a doubt he is really straight.

6. Q: Do you know petitioner’s sister?

A: Yes.

7. Q: How did you meet her?

A: I actually met her after the engagement party of the couple and that’s 6 months
before the wedding.

8. Q: What is the name of petitioner’s sister?

A: Señora Santibañez

9. Q: Can you describe the relationship between respondent and Señora

Santibañez?

A: It wasn’t good at all sir. I have witnessed several times how she showed her
disliked towards my friend, Alexander. She would usually shout at him when he
 makes petty mistakes such as failing to dress in a more formal attire when they
go to the mall. She would usually tell petitioner that she should “ditch” my friend
and look for another guy who has more money.

10. Q: What do you mean telling petitioner to “ditch” respondent. Kindly elaborate.

A: She would tell her sister in front of me and some of respondent’s friends that
she doesn’t like Alexander as if she was deliberately getting into respondent’s
skin.

11. Q: How many times have you witnessed such hostility, if any?

A: Several attorney. Almost every time in the practice for the wedding and every
time that we see each other during the six months prior to the wedding.

12. Q: What was the reaction of the respondent every time he was disrespected by
Señora Santibañez?

A: He would try to just ignore her because he told me he really loves Janina and
despite his humble beginnings he would strive to be a good husband for her to
prove Señora Santibañez wrong.

13. Q: Knowing respondent, do you have any knowledge about him having any gay
pornographic?

A: He’s a guy. I think it’s normal to have possessed or looked into any
pornographic materials during his lifetime.

14. Q: Did respondent possessed any pornographic materials that you know of?
 A: Yes attorney. We actually gave him gay pornographic materials as a joke
during his bachelor’s party. We were just teasing him. It was just for pure fun.

15. Q: Where did you place these gay pornographic materials?

A: We just placed it in a box because we just planned to do it the last minute.

Again, it was just for fun.

16. Q: Why did you choose gay pornographic materials instead of heterosexual gay
materials?

A: Because we thought it would have been funnier if we gave him gay materials.
But again, it was just a joke.

17. Q: Do you have anything else to say as to respondent’s marriage?

A: As a friend to both of them, I was shocked as to the accusations thrown by

Janina. But as to Señora Santibañez, not at all because even beforehand, she
was against their marriage to begin with and I will not be surprise if she will try to
poison Janina’s mind just to end the marriage of the couple. Evil exists in this
world attorney, sometimes closer to us than what we know.
