Greetings Peace!

With our effort to strive for a higher vaccination rate/accomplishment in our locality, may
we request your good office to provide us with an additional supply of vaccines for 5-11
years old?
Based on our record, we have a total of 16, 250 for this age group, 4,287 were fully
vaccinated and 9,550 are eligible to receive their second dosage of the vaccine. However,
we are encountering an insufficient supply to accommodate our targets.

We hope for a favorable response to our request.
