Project Title:
Design & optimization of microstrip antenna for WLAN and WiMAX applications

Target set for the week:

Designing of antenna using results obtained from implementing genetic algorithm

Progress for the week:

Designed a microstrip patch antenna, with a single slot on the patch the results obtained were
improved from the previous one but the gain obtained is low.

Future Work Plans:

Use different types of slots cutting and partial ground techniques to check if the results are
improved or not
