STRESS RELIEF TEA RECIPE

Ingredients Directions
 2 tsp dried holy basil 1. Combine all ingredients in a cup
 1 tsp dried lemon balm 2. Top with hot water
 1 tsp dried chamomile 3. Place a plate or top onto cup and let
 1/2 tsp dried lavender infuse for 20 minutes
 1/2 tsp dried eleuthero root 4. Remove plate and filter tea through
strainer or cheesecloth
5. Add honey or sweetener if desired
6. Sip and enjoy!

AFTERNOON ANXIETY RELIEF

Ingredients Directions
 2 tsp dried holy basil 1. Stir boiling water, peppermint,
 1 tsp dried lemon balm chamomile, ginger, and lemon
 1 tsp dried chamomile together in a large heatproof bowl.
 1/2 tsp dried lavender Steep for 15 minutes.
 1/2 tsp dried eleuthero root 2. Strain water directly into your cup or
into a teapot.
