graduates can apply for production works.

 Managerial and higher position applicants can apply as long as

they are competent enough for the position and meet the requirements

regardless of what school they graduated.

 To facilitate manpower planning in key sectors of the economy.

Employment Generation

Poverty is one of the major problems that our country faces today.

One cause of poverty is the growing numbers of unemployed Filipinos.

The support of the government is not enough to lessen the issue of

unemployment. The Paint-TEE products will help lessen this problem by

providing job opportunities to the people, most especially to the

community of Silang, Cavite.

We are going to recruit, employ and train employees for them to

perform the jobs needed. We are looking forward to help the municipality

of Silang, and the government in maximizing our human resources.
