Introduction: 
This report highlight the following shortcomings/noncompliance observed in the site.

Findings 
1) HDPE pipes for telecommunication services have been damaged in Building 6 telecom
room to TMH 8 manhole.
2) Building 2 – L20 ,Core 2.01 Electrical conduits have been damaged. To be rectified and
inspected.

3) Escalator , ES 2.1 a/b instaled in building 2 , level – 1 required to cover from ingress of
water.
