The Price Adjustment Factor (Pn) shall first be applied to the Interim Payment Cerificate covering the work carried out by the Contractor during the thirteenth (13th) month and thereafter as provided for under the terms of the Contract. Adjustments for Changes in Cost applicable for Part-2: Performance based Maintenance works: Price adjustment for Par-2: Performance-based maintenance works shall only be applicable where an extension of time has been granted to the Part- Construction Phase Works. In that situation price adjustment shall be applied to ‘works carried out in the period beyond the due date for Completion of Part-2 if the extension of time had not been granted for the Part1 works.
