1) Hemp

Stella Agro has access to land for hemp cultivation. To begin the process, Stella Agro would join Prof De
Beer in development of the Vaal hemp projects. This is being done as a pilot project while preparing for
Stella Agro land permit for hemp in the province of Limpopo and other areas . In this process Stella Agro
will gain the necessary knowledge to self-sustain a hemp farm start to finish. These processes are to
educate the next step of Stella Agro’s future in hemp.

2) Medical cannabis

Stella Agro entering the medical cannabis framework requires a number of steps. Prof De Beer R&D
along with its facility partners will help to gear Stella Agro with licensed facilities in order to enter the
medical field. Licenses around this are hard to acquire and there is already a number of them ready for
use. These include all areas of medical cannabis:

● Cultivation
● Extraction
● Education

3) Dispensing

Playing in the medical cannabis world, Stella Agro may look at dispensing. They can grow cannabis
through Prof De Beer. THC Africa, is able to provide Stella Agro the ability to access this area of the
business.

4) Education

In order to bring stability to the South African cannabis market, we need education to be first and
foremost. Prof De Beer education centre provides the opportunity for Stella Agro to assist in this
amazing educational journey in these colleges set up to teach end to end education on cannabis.
