ANALYSIS OF PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT – PIZZA HUT
o The project was regarding scrutiny of application of Fayol’s Principles of Management, that facilitated us to analyze
employee behavior at the shop floor level. This was conducted through detailed surveys and questionnaires, that were duly
analyzed and interpreted in the form of graphs and pie-charts.
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT STUDY – DIMENSIONAL APPROACH
o The project was aimed at studying internal and external environment that affects any business entity and its operations.
The approach was taken to be based on dimensions of business environment, being economic, political, social, legal and
technological.
