Having arrived at the end of this book you can now master one of the most pivotal aspects of successful train-
ing—exercise technique. But a wealth of helpful information counts for nothing unless you act on it. Make it
real by your own conscientious, disciplined, committed and so-very-serious application. Take charge!
You have a book to refer to again and again to ensure that you consistently deliver the good exercise form
needed to maximize your training gains. And you have made a connection with me that I want to cement.
This can help ensure that you never go off the rails of effective training.
While this book is thorough on technique, it provides no information on program design. Even excellent
exercise technique will not deliver the results you want unless it is combined with a good training program.
See pages 2–22 for details of how I can assist you with program design. If you are serious about making the
most of your bodybuilding and strength potential, keeping in touch with me is in your best interest. It will
spare you from wasting your time and money on inferior or even useless training strategies.
