Job description:
 We are looking for Big Data Engineers and Big Data Analytics that will
work on the collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing of huge sets of
data. The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions to use for
these purposes, then maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them.
You will also be responsible for integrating them with the architecture used
across the company.
Responsibilities:
 Participation in research, design and development of banking products and
services on Oracle Report, Data warehouse, Data Lake, ODS systems...
 Coordinate with BA, business team, PM, PO in building models, using and
analyzing data to solve business problems.
 Reading and interpreting database documents, business analysis design
documents….
 Using technology to organize and maintain data in the database,
developing data architecture strategy according to the Bank's data model.
 Participation in model building process: Cleaning data, analytic data,
building model, testing model, sharing with business for feedback,
deploying model, visualization, maintenance model, educating business
and teams
 Participation in building overall solutions and detailed solutions to solve
problems with the team
 Management, exploiting data and reporting systems at MB.
 Participation in the implementation of IT projects.

Job Requirements:
 Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the banking-
finance sector Research technology and data technology development
trends, making suggestions to improve products, customer experience,
service quality at MB.
  Graduation from a domestic or foreign university (regular system) with
majors: Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and
Telecommunications, Accounting, Banking and Finance...
 Ability to use English in favor of working directly with foreign partners and
using international documents fluently.
 At least 02 years of experience at banks or large-scale domestic and
foreign technology organizations and corporations.; Preference will be
given to candidates with experience and knowledge of banking products
and services.
 Experience in one of the programming languages: PLSQL, Java, .Net,
Python, Scala Experience with machine learning systems, data mining,
Cloud platforms, systems such as Hadoop eco system, Spark, Cassandra,
Neo4j ... is an advantage.
For Big Data Engineers:
 Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with
Oracle, DB2, Netezza database systems...; have experience working with
ETL systems: Data Stage, Pentaho, ODI...
 Knowledge of Data warehouse, data model... Design and build ETL in
batch and real-time, using Big Data technologies.
 At least 2 years of experience in using ETL tools. For example: Pentaho,
Data stage….
For Big Data Analytics:
 Have background in Software Engineering Understanding of Big Data
systems, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, ELT, EDA Knowledge of
Hadoop eco-system: Hadoop HDFS, YARN, Spark…
 At least 2 years of reporting experience. Example reporting tools: Tableau,
Oracle BI, IBM cognos…
