Understanding different scenarios of sales processes in organization and forming AS-IS


document.
2. Making TO-BE document, highlighting what is achievable, extra ad-ons in the appliacation and
what is not feasible.
3. Configuring different business processes like Cash sales, rush orders, consignment.
4. Working with Third party sales, wherever applicable, and configuring in system.
5. Working with ABAPer to customize whatever is not given as standard in application.
6. Performing SIT and taking confirmation from different business owners or module owners.
7. Working with LSMW, BDCs or BAPI for data migration.
8. Performing user training on navigation and developed objects.
9. Performing UAT with user team.
10. Working with Finance team to see postings are reflecting in proper GLs.
11. Working with inventory team for relevant reports specific to Goods movement, Goods issue.
12. Working with Business Warehouse team for relevant reports required.
13. Working with external applications to see the connectivity from newly developed application to
external application.
14. Working with legal team for different outputs (prints, emails, notifications) required.
15. Working with Logistics team for required forecasting and replenishment settings.
16. Working with different teams linked to sales process to see changes suit their needs from their
perspective.
17. Making sure Audit team is given with required reports either with standard or customized.
18. Making required changes if standard updates from application owner is overwriting or causing
changes to already running processes.
19. Monitoring messages coming in from other systems or going out from application to other
systems.
20. Establishing connectivity to other applications for data transfer when required.
