The Mona Lisa :
better known as La Gioconda, was a painting painted by Da Vinci between 1503 and 1519, and
later acquired by King Francisco I. It is currently believed to represent the wife of Francesco
Bartolomeo de Giocondo, whose real name was
Lisa Gherardini.
 La Mona Lisa: obra más conocida como La Gioconda, fue un cuadro pintado por Da Vinci
entre 1503 y 1519, y adquirido posteriormente por el rey Francisco I. Actualmente se cree
que representa a la mujer de Francesco Bartolomeo de Giocondo, cuyo nombre real era Lisa
Gherardini.
