2.5 INFORMATION ON THE RESIDUAL

5A.1 Operator’s control panel

5A.1 OPERATOR’S CONTROL PANELS

The washing machine is not provided with its


control panel as it is part of a complete line, so
that please refer to the manual of the general
control panel.

In any case the washing machine has 2 motors


as follows :
- Elevator
- Fan motor

The speed of the elevator motor is regulated


by a ratio motor

The speed of the other motors are fixed.

The speed of the vibration unit is adjustable


moving the internal part of the vibration mass.

- all protection guards (electrical or


mechanical), fixed and movable, are installed
and operating in the right way;

- the direction of the electric motor rotation is


right;

- the mains voltage is the same as the one for


which the electric panel board has been set;

- the water plant is connected to the valve


which has to be open;

- the heating water circuit has been filled up;

LUBRICATION PROCEDURES

Make sure that the main switch on the control


panel is in position “O” before carrying out any
operations on the machine.

1) After each washing, grease all the


transmission parts and the greasing points.

2) At the end of the season, clean and wash


the machine. Grease all the chains and the
gearing and obviously apply grease to all the
greasing points.

The table below shows the points to be


lubricated, the timetable of work to be
respected and the quantity and quality of
grease to be used.

6.5 RECOMMENDED LUBRICANT
