I have completed my major with Commercial English from Ton Duc Thang University.
About my career path, I have 1.5 years of human resources working experience. As I
graduated from university, I started to work at Talentnet, an HR service company, since June
2018 as an human resources assistant.
According to my working there, my main responsibilities is all around administrative tasks and
C&B, conpensation & benefits, to my customer employees. (which the headcount is about 300-
500). My experience and training at Talentnet has taught me a great deal about HR skills. I
have developed strong management , administrative, multitask and advising skill.
My short-term goal is to find a company where I see a long-term career path.
My long term goal is to become a responsible and knowledgeable and get a respected position
in the company.
About my last work
(My admin works included managing and maintain HR record;
responsible for conduct, follow and record new hires, contracts, termination & promotion policies as well as
employee benefits.
I have also assisted my employee about any of process related to their social insurance and advised with any of
their inquiries.

Why do you want to leave (or have left) your current job?
I was very fortunateo be hired TLN right out of college. They taught me a lot about HR
service .skills, and it’s been stimulating to work as a contributor to their enthusiastic teams.
However, at that moment, I’ve got some personal issues then I decided to quit my job.
What are your goals for the future?
I’m someone who likes stability. My goal is to find a job that I can hold long term with a
company, becoming a valued employee as I gradually advance to positions of increasing
authority and responsibility
Why do you choose HR?
One of the things I love about HR is that it’s constantly growing and changing. From
compliance with new laws and legislation, to technology and employee expectations. It’s never
boring and always challenging.
