DIVINE WORSHIP VS.

DEMONIC CULT - SYNTHESIS OF SPIRITUALITY

Alexis KOMENAN
February 2022

I. MEANING OF "WORSHIP" AND WORSHIP OF GOD

Cult (worship) is the honor, the care that man gives to GOD or to a sacralized being or
thing, in the relation and the communion with this one (religion).1

Worshiping GOD, that is to say, cultivating a relationship with GOD, honoring him,
means to love him, to be in the image and likeness of the One who created us, to do
his will, in all aspects of our life.2
Hence, divine worship in ordinary life is translated as follows:
- Holy and purified soul3 inhabited by thoughts and feelings inspired by GOD, i.e.,
virtues, fruits of the Spirit, love = communion with GOD (spirit).4
- Holy and purified soul nourished by the food of the earth (seed/bread and fruit/wine)
= communion with GOD (body) and nourished by the food of the Sacrifice (seed/bread
and fruit/wine transubstantiated in the Body and Blood of Christ) = communion to GOD
(heart/soul).5
- Holy and purified soul making holy marriage or holy consecration = communion with
GOD (body).6

1
The term "cult", often negatively connoted in English, retains its original meaning of "worship." It comes from
the Latin "cultus," from "colere," meaning "to honor," "to cultivate."
2
Genesis 1:26-28; Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Mark 12:29-31.

Souls created holy in our parents Adam and Eve, purified since the Fall by JESUS CHRIST with the sanctifying
and sacramental graces.

Genesis 2:7: "He breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being;" Matthew 4:4:
"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God;" Galatians 5:22-23
and the fruits of the Spirit.

Physical food of divine origin: seed and fruit in Genesis 1:29-30 and following; Ecclesiasticus (Sirach) 39:26;
divine sacrificial and spiritual food: bread (seed of wheat) and wine (fruit of the vine) changed into the Body and
Blood of GOD (Gospels). Prefiguration of the divine sacrifice by bread and wine from the patriarch Adam to Christ
(GOD the Son and Son of GOD) with the priest Melchisedec (Genesis 14:18-20).
6
Holy Matrimony (Genesis 1:27-28 and 2:18-25; Matthew 19:3-9; 1 Corinthians 6:12-20).

II. COMPARATIVE TABLE OF DIVINE WORSHIP VS. DEVIL WORSHIP
Since the Fall, the cult of the Devil has been added to the worship of GOD. Here are
the respective characters and processes in man:

This is the life of man according to GOD's plan from the beginning. This life is entirely an offering, a worship to
GOD (Romans 12:1).

The Most Holy Virgin Mary, model par excellence of this communion: "I am the handmaid of the Lord. May
everything happen to me as you have told me!" (Luke 1:38); "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my

Genesis 3:7-20 and the punishment of man. Sin has not only spiritual but also physiological consequences: it
produces black bile that promotes diseases of the body and soul. Doing the will of GOD, praying to Him and using
the remedies created by Him saves man in his body and soul. See Saint Hildegard of Bingen, Causes and Remedies.

In paganism, flesh and blood of animals sacrificed to idols (in reality to demons), at their instigation (by pride and
denial of life), or sacrificed by intemperance. After the Flood, the habit taken by the holy people of sacrificing
animals was tolerated and codified (absolute respect for the blood, symbol of the life of creatures and source of
salvation) to finally prefigure the supreme sacrifice of the Lamb.
Animal sacrifice, which Christ's sacrifice on the Cross made obsolete, has since subtly passed into the profane
sphere and has been effectively generalized by human intemperance.
All food is permitted (except cannibalism) but not all food is profitable. See 1 Corinthians 8:1-13 and 10:22-26; 1
Timothy 4:1-5; Romans 14:21; Pope Eugene IV on the indifference of food and abstinence (in Cantate Domino,
Council of Florence); Pope St. Leo I on meats (in Homily, 41); Pope Leo XIII on alcohol, in Letter to Archbishop
Ireland, Archbishop of St. Paul, Minnesota (U.S.A.), 12 March 1887.
Pope Pius XII declared that "the animal world, like the whole of creation, is a manifestation of GOD's power,
wisdom and goodness and, as such, deserves man's respect and consideration. Every thoughtless desire to kill
animals, every inhumanity, every ignoble cruelty to them must be condemned" (statement to the International
Humane Societies, November 1950).

Father Sebastian Kneipp: "It is a great misfortune of our time that spirits are so sought after, that even young
people are so easily accustomed to strong wines. All these drinks are like oil on the fire: the blood and humours
of our weakened generation cannot stand them. Let us remain sober and simple, and many of the infirmities
which progress and the modern spirit have brought to the scene of disease will again disappear behind the
scenes. The other calamity, which I would like to point out, consists in the mania of wanting to feed almost
exclusively on meat, and of disdaining food made of milk and flour, which provide the most substantial juices,
the least acrid humours, the best blood. This cannot have good results, it is against nature" (Ma cure d'eau, p.
420).
This is proven by the progressive decrease in human longevity after the Flood and the general disorder caused
by the non-observance of divine laws. See the insidious and disastrous effects of alcoholism, drugs, pollutants
and gluttony on individuals, families and the whole of humanity.

See the sacred prostitution mentioned in the Holy Scriptures; every conceivable sexual perversion and its
spiritual and physical consequences.
Emblematic in this respect are sodomy and sapphism, abominable, pitiful, pathologic and demonic. Saint Paul
summarizes for us the origin and the end of these practices: "So when they said that they were wise, they became
foolish … Therefore, God gave them over to the desires of their hearts, to impurity, so that they themselves
dishonored their own bodies … Therefore, God gave them over to shameful passions; for their women changed
the natural use into that which is against nature. In the same way, men, abandoning the natural use of women,
have become enraged in their desires for one another, men committing infamy with men, and receiving in
themselves the wages due to their error." (Romans 1:22-27)
There is also filthy sex with children, demons, animals, plants, etc.
23
In the Book of Divine Works, Saint Hildegard tells us how the Devil rejoices in all these infamies and their
disastrous consequences in the lives of men.
24
Tobit 6:16-17. Hippocrates, who said that the debauched diminish their life by their disorders, confirms this
truth (Aphorism 4:2). Saint Hildegard states: "Phlegm and humours increase in the embryo, according to the
nature of its seed: for whether wheat, rye or barley is sown, the seeds naturally grow according to what is sown."
(The Causes and Remedies, Jérôme Millon, p. 87) Modern research on degeneration and epigenetics comes to a
similar conclusion.

III. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
In spiritual ecology, there are three key elements:
- the soul;
- the blood (by extension the body);
- the human seed.
These are the fundamental seats and symbols of life in man. These are the three modes
of life in man.
GOD vivifies the soul, blood and seed of man through the process of infusion of life.
The soul, blood and seed are vivified, filled with life in themselves (life-bearers) and
brought to their natural purpose by the infusion process described above. GOD and his
angels rejoice over the preserved and sanctified soul, blood, and seed.
The Devil destroys the soul, blood and seed of man through the process of bestowal or
dispersion of life (infusion of death). Soul, blood and seed are destroyed and/or
diverted from their natural purpose by the bestowal process described above. The
Devil and his demons rejoice in the destroyed and wasted soul, blood and seed. 25
Thus, since the dawn of time, has taken place the struggle for the exercise of either the
divine policy (infusion of life) source of life (creation, increase, conservation and
perpetuation of the quantity and quality of life), or the diabolic policy (effusion of life)
source of death (destruction of the quantity and quality of life).
The natural end of the human being is to adhere to the divine policy since, created by
GOD, his natural end is life. This adherence is done through JESUS CHRIST. He, GOD
the Son and Son of GOD, eternal infuser of life with the Father and the Holy Spirit,
accomplished the expiatory Sacrifice of evil on the Cross. He thus provides the infusion
of perfect and true life (Baptism + Holy Eucharistic Sacrifice + the other Sacraments)
through the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.
The Devil contests and denies the divine policy by a will to destroy the human being
through the effusion of life (dispersion of life = death). This often includes a phase of
seduction/intellectual/spiritual deception, making the outpouring of life look like a
benefit.26

25
Demons feed on the exhalations of "killed" (perverted) soul, "killed" blood (spilled or not) and "killed" seed
(illicitly infused or spilled). See 1 Corinthians 10:20-21; Didache 6:2; Athenagoras, Apology of the Christians, 26;
Tertullian, Letter to Scapula, 2; Origen, Against Celsus, 8:29-30; St. Basil of Caesarea, Commentary on Isaiah, 25.
Thus, one understands their interest in seducing, deceiving, and multiplying sin and vice all over the world in
order to reap the deadly fruits of it by hatred for GOD, human race, and the Creation.
26
E.g., the snake in the garden of Eden.

6
This higher political struggle shapes all cosmic and human history, with all its political,
economic, religious, moral, environmental, social, and cultural consequences.
The divine project will one day triumph, by definition. All this is also politics. But in the
meantime, what destruction of creature life by the Devil!
The effusion of life corresponds to three of the seven deadly sins:
- pride (the soul);
- gluttony (blood);
- lust, illicit and unnatural sex (the seed).
Their opposites, i.e., humility (soul), sobriety (blood), chastity (seed), infuse divine life
into the one who practices them. 27 Physical longevity is usually the blessed fruit of the
observance of the divine law in one's body (health) and soul (holiness), as a prelude to
spiritual "longevity," eternal life. 28 The shortening of life (earthly and spiritual) is
usually the result of either the non-observance of the divine law in one's body and soul,
or of the diabolical degradation of the physical and spiritual conditions of life in one's
environment.29
Man, individually and collectively, has always largely adhered to the seductive and
thanatogenic policy of the Devil. The present society in particular openly and proudly
claims, in all its aspects, the project of effusion of life carried by Lucifer. 30 Believing to
determine itself in a "free" and ideal way, humanity carries within itself the germ of
self-destruction.
Christians, children and supporters of GOD, the campaign31 for the triumph of the
divine political project (infusion of life = vivification = Reign of GOD) begins a decisive
turn. Let us do our part.32 For the glory of GOD and the salvation of the world.33

27
All the other vices and virtues take part, of course, either in the destruction of life or in its increase in quantity
and quality.
28
Isaiah 65:19-23; Wisdom 1:13-15; Baruch 3:13-14; 3 John 2.
We say "ordinarily" because examples can be given of ungodly and unhealthy people reaching old age. These are
exceptions to the rule, from which the beneficiaries should by this very fact derive an urgent conversion to GOD,
who thus gives them the opportunity to do penance before the end of a long wasted earthly life.
29
Parallel to the previous exception, GOD sometimes shortens the earthly life of his children for a greater good.
30
The result is the loss of life of souls and bodies by the generalization of irreligion (a-knowledge or rejection of
GOD), of false religion (erroneous knowledge of GOD) and their disastrous consequences: spiritual, moral and
physical perversions; large-scale shedding of human blood (special mention of the murder of children) and of
animal blood; shedding of semen (fornication, adultery, various sexual monstrosities).
