Number worksheet 1: Guidelines for parents and guardians

Point to the figure 1 on the worksheet and practise saying the number
with your child (One). Ask your child to say the names of the items in the
worksheet. Then tell him/her to look again at the small pictures and find the
item which only appears once. Help the child find the answer (the table) and
circle the correct picture. Practise forming the figure 1 with your child.
He/She can then trace the number in the centre of the worksheet, either with
his/her finger or with a pencil. He/She can then colour the number.
