Physical Reporting 28 September 2021, Tuesday  Divided the sorted modules among sections Nitrogen, Helium, Carbon and Gold.
Time-in: 7:00AM  Contacted parents to remind them that the module distribution will be Wednesday at 1 to 4 pm.
Time-out: 5:00 PM  Encoded the Module Distribution Checklist and Parent’s Attendance the same was printed to be used
on Wednesday.
Physical Reporting 29 September 2021, Wednesday  Retrieved the modules given by students under Section Platinum.
Time-in: 6:40AM  Recorded the Section Platinum Attendance
Time-out: 5:00 PM  Released the received modules from Section Platinum and released it in my Section Gold
Physical Reporting 30 September 2021, Thursday  Continued accommodating parents who opted to claim modules and the same were given the Module
Time-in: 6:45 AM 1 for First Quarter Period.
Time-out: 5:00PM  Recorded the number of students who were able to claim said modules and contacted those who still
were not able to claim it.
