Welcome to the Amateo annual survey!

Amateo is the European Network for Active Participation in Cultural Activities. Amateo is
committed to reflection and learning so they have commissioned an external evaluator to work
alongside the project. As part of the evaluation we would like to use this survey to seek the
views of anyone that has been in touch with Amateo in the past year.

This is a survey to ask your views about the work that Amateo is currently undertaking across
Europe.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and will be open until Wednesday 24th
November 2021. At the end of the survey you will be given the opportunity to enter a prize
draw to win an Amazon voucher worth €50 (or equivalent).

NOTE: The system that we have used to set up this survey will automatically send up to three
reminder emails to those who have not yet responded, and you will be asked to provide your
name and email address if you would like to enter the prize draw.  However, please be
assured that your identity will not be linked to your answers for analysis or reporting purposes.
